RETURNS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Personalized Products

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with an item you have received, please contact us to discuss your complaint as your happiness is our priority.

If you find an error within the first 30 days of receiving your order, our company is committed to refunding or replacing it.

If a personalized product is not defective and is "as stated" on the website, we are not obliged to accept the return of the product.

Non-Personalized Products

Your right to cancel an order for non-personalised goods starts from the time you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

If your non-personalized product is faulty, you have 30 days from receipt of the products to notify us. We will then offer you a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Once the sign has been installed we can no longer accept returns or refunds as it may have been damaged during installation. If you have any further questions about the policy described above, please do not hesitate to contact our team.
